How long does shipping take for limited edition drops?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the US. For high-demand limited edition releases, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing due to high order volume.
What is your return policy on blind boxes?
To maintain the integrity and surprise of our blind box series, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened blind box items. Sealed items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Kidrobot ships to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred by their local government.
